Mosquito Creek Plantation was born from a simple idea: build the kind of hunting operation that we always wanted to hunt — one where the management is real, the bucks are mature, and every hunter is treated like family. Since 2016, that idea has grown into one of North Florida's premier whitetail deer hunting destinations.
We are a family-owned operation based at 2450 McPhaul Road in Chattahoochee, Florida — deep in Gadsden County's prime whitetail country. From day one, we committed to aggressive deer management: quality over quantity, age over inches, and old-fashioned hospitality as a non-negotiable standard.
That commitment shows up in the results. Hunters who visit Mosquito Creek encounter deer they simply cannot find on unmanaged property. Bucks that are 4.5 years old, 5.5 years old, and older — animals that have been allowed to reach their genetic potential because we took the long view on management.
